Front desk staff was nice, but did not have a care in the world about the state of cleanliness and was incredibly unprofessional. "

"Our room was not vacuumed at all, I wear black socks that is how I noticed. The rug was full of dog hair. The waffle machine was not there. The waffle makings were there just no machine. At 7 am the ham was dried out and not refills were made to the breakfast area. I realize people did not show up for work and the staff that did come to work were over worked. "
