"Camere molto datate e in bagno aveva solo una tenda come chiusura doccia. Non c’ era neanche l’ asciugacapelli. Inoltre c’era un cattivo odore nelle scale e nel corridoio a causa probabilmente dei vapori della cucina"

"We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great. Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. We parked our rental car for the duration, and used the regional train service (frequent and cheap) to get to Florence. (Ask Carlo about his motorcycle collection.) "The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel. "

Our room was ‘home from home’ comfortable. We would have appreciated SKY television as we don’t speak Italian (we could though, connect to our Netflix)"
