"Arrived to find the walkway wasn’t cleared from 4’ of snow. Several dishes, utensils, and cups were dirty. Overall, the location was great but this unit could use some TLC and upgrading. Mold in the downstairs shower. Refrigerator was nice but the door hits the counter. "

"We had a nice time. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. Other than that everything was good. "

"Unsafe: Decaying mice some with bugs. Exposed outlets. Wiggly railing. Propane leak. Fridge did not get very cold, not cooling to a food-safe temperature. Unsanitary conditions due to mouse droppings on floors and in kitchen drawers and cabinets. Shock hazard due to missing face plate on outlet in living room and outlets falling out in the loft. Maintenance guy got shocked! Propane leak smell from hot water heater. No lock on one sliding glass door.Cleanliness: 5 dead mice found in pantry, under kitchen sink and in a cooking pot. Dust everywhere. Mouse droppings everywhere. We had to wash EVERYTHING because kitchen drawers and shelves had mouse droppings. No disinfectant, no cleaning rags, broom broken. We didn’t want to spend our vacation cleaning and disinfecting. Annoyances: Unbearably hot inside with normal summer temps of 70s to low 80s. Many windows didn’t have screens.. Decomposition smell from rotting mice. Critters scratching in the walls and heater vents kept us awake. Dead batteries in all the TV remotes. Ice maker broken. Cushions for deck chairs were deteriorated and unusable. Not given enough basic supplies for 8 people for 7 days. No paper towels or kitchen linens. Our food spoiled prematurely due to bad fridge. The fan in the main bathroom was broken, so showers turned into saunas. (building code violation?) 3 broken can openers. No dish drain rack. We didn’t find the upper-level loading zone until after we carried all our stuff up the long steps."

"This is my second time staying at Little Tahoe. I love it so much. The beds were so comfortable we slept in so late each morning. I wish i had rented it for a few more days, we did not want to leave. The kitchen has everything. They even provided you with things you might have forgotten. I feel so relaxed from our time there. The outdoor balcony seating was bliss. We saw a family of cows eating the neighborhood grass. Owners are quick to answer any questions you might have. A cabin built with love and details. So much so we played eye spy with my little eye. It was fun to look at the cool antiques they decorated with. I Love the huge couch. We all were able to lay down comfortably and watch tv and movies together. I will be back!!! Thank You Thank you!!! "
