"This property was located close to my daughter’s place and very convenient. The beds are comfortable although better quality pillows would be a plus. The bathroom is updated and nice! A ceiling fan in both rooms would help circulate the air especially at night. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood. "

"Our multi-generational family of 10 had a wonderful stay on Spear St! The view of Lake Champlain is gorgeous at sunset. We enjoyed the 5 bedrooms to spread out and played hours of board games in the open family room and large dining area. The house was well appointed with extra pillows, towels, and soaps and incredibly clean! Highly recommend this home if you are looking to spend a week in Burlington! Thank you Deb! "
