"We enjoyed our time here! Our family of five stayed comfortably in the “one room family suite” which had a mini fridge and a microwave. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and the pool is very nice. This was a great spot for a home base while exploring all the ruins. "

Rod showed us around the family land and the farm, and we drank fresh coconut water. We ate local foods prepared in a lovely setting on the property. We hope to be back some day. "Sweet Songs was absolutely perfect for my trip to Belize. My room was always clean, there's plenty of wildlife around the resort including toucans and kinkajous (definitely take the night hike!!), and the pool is always a great option when not taking excursions. Breakfast and lunch have the same menu (both with great options) and dinner has a rotating menu that never disappointed. The entire staff is amazing, but Mason, Rita, and Esmeralda always went above and beyond :)"
