「Definitely was not what I expected especially what I saw in the photos online. In fine print somewhere was there was only parking for one car at the inn and upon arrival I found that out. They do offer extra Parking, but it’s off property about a 10 minute walk or so. the staff was helpful with parking and keeping my parking space throughout the day/night. It’s a nice inn to stay at for three nights maybe but no more than that In my opinion. I did love that it was near everything in Boothbay...

「Not as advertised; teeny. The photos made it look spacious. The front yard was being raked and seeded for grass when we arrived so there were broken branches on our path. The deck, table and chairs had not been cleaned and we're dirty and covered with leaf litter. The room had no comfy chair, only a floor lamp with a bare bulb. No hooks for hanging anything and no coat hangers. We left to find another place to stay and have been promised a refund that has not come through. Very disappointed!」

「The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages.
