「Great stay! Pet friendly, super responsive host and excellent location!」

「The staff was great! Very convient location. The room did the job. It was very small & twin size beds (which we knew going into it). There was some wear and tear in the room and didn’t necessarily FEEL clean. Bathroom was small. Would stay here again for convenience and right price」

「While the property was lovely. It is not for those with difficulty walking. There are no railings on the steps to the pool near the bay. There are no railings to get into the hot tub. No railings to step down to the large patio. Lighting along the walkways at night is not sufficient.」

「The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages. We ended up calling VRBO the night before as we were scared from the lack of contact. They got ahold of the host who finally answered us the night before arrival. At...

Rooms, amenities and views are fantastic, but he goes beyond with custom tour itineraries, property tours and nightly campfires with s’mores and music. His welcoming and humorous charisma makes you feel like you are staying with an old friend!」

The unit was very nice, was hoping to be able to check in before 4, as we had all of our luggage with us and didn't want to go into town with it still in vehicle but Host stated unit was ready until a little after 3, this Host doesn't send out door code until unit is available.
