「This is a beautiful property. Room was very clean. The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with made to order eggs and pumpkin pancakes or French toast. We will definitely return to this location.」

「Beautiful setting, well maintained grounds. We arrived to find out that they closed the White Clover restaurant except for the weekend. That was disappointing. The only restaurant they had opened was the Salty Stag. Their food was average.? For the price I would not stay there again. The buildings need some upgrades.」

「Decent stay overall but the fact that check in is from 4-7 but they close the office at 5 is very inconvenient」

「The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.」

「The inn is in an old historic building, with lots of original character. Fantastic to have parking. Great location, short walk to town. We stayed in the Victory room on the first floor. Very spacious, clean and nice bedding on comfy bed. Shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. Things to know: We had a window AC but no thermostat to control heat (fortunately we had ideal weather). We were next to a restaurant in the building so had to keep curtains closed as people were walking...

「This gem of an inn is exactly what you want when traveling. They are doing everything right! The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Really nice common area for meeting other guest and relaxing. Kitchen with plenty of options for breakfast or and afternoon snack. And the view was spectacular! We would absolutely return.」
