If you dislike the sound of trains at night, make sure to book a room on the ocean side. I was on the ocean side, but, I could still hear the trains, it was not disturbing. Make sure you arrange a taxi if you are unable to carry luggage up a steep hill. Walking up and down to lovely Moneglia can be an issue for elderly unfit guests. I love the hotel and Moneglia. My third time at Mondial. I will go again. Bell

Nice hotel with swimmingpool and bubblebath. Nice selection at breakfast. My room had a beautiful view with my own big balcony. . The room was nice and clean except that you could hear the train passing. When I did shut the door to the balcany it was ok. Moneglia is a very pretty and small village away from tourists. The hotel is close to the train station and perfect if you want to go hiking in Cinque Terre. The hotel is situated up on the hill and its quite heavy walking.

Beautiful views. Walk to beach was about 500 meters but you need to like walking down and up the hill. Lots of shopping and restaurants after walking down hill to beach. Beautiful large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. Excellent breakfast included. This is a hidden gem and not too expensive. Room had microwave oven, refrigerator, and a kitchen if you have a B&B reservation.

Normally I don’t waste my time for reviews but this time I have to write few words. This was the worst hotel we slept in Italy in 18 days of our trip. Cons: 1. Noisy, noisy, noisy. Rooms are not soundproofed enough. You can hear everything and everyone in the corridor like there is no door. Train, kids behind the wall etc. whole day and night. 2. Rooms expectation vs reality. I have chosen the “superior” room with water view and terrace. I have been given tiny balcony and a bit of water view from small glass door. I wish I could add photos in here so it’s clear. There are couple of rooms that actually match the photos but the rest of them are not. They should add another type of room as an option to not to mislead clients. 3. They advertise 1’ walk to the beach. In fact it is 8-9’ on the steep steps. Down the hill and up the hill on the way back. If you have an knee injury like I do, forget about 1’ pleasant walk to the beach. 4. Couldn’t use the kitchenette in the room as it was tided with a string, and note to not to use it. 5. Toilet and bidet is fixed too high - dining chair height. If you are shorty or have a kid, you will have the weirdest experience in your life. 6. Entire place is a one big maze. Hard to get to the pool - it’s not marked at all. We were walking around for 15’ trying to get there. 7. Pillows are very flat. There was no fluff in it at all. Pros: 1. Very good breakfast, a lot of options. And nice stuff at the diner.

Pulizia camere giornaliera con cambio lenzuola/asciugamani un giorno si e uno no. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. La colazione è ricca e molto buona, dalle 07,00 alle 10.00, ce ne è veramente per tutti i gusti! Aria condizionata in camera completamente gestibile in autonomia, ottimi infissi che isolano dai rumori esterni (affacciavo abbastanza vicino alla ferrovia). Hotel dotato di molti confort (piscina, vasca idromassaggio, giardino con lettini, sala lettura/tv con bar annesso, garage/posti auto). Prepararsi un pochino a camminare su e giù perchè l'hotel è in posizione elevata rispetto al paese/mare, ma in compenso la posizione è tranquilla ed il percorso assolutamente fattibile (no infradito!)

Centralt beläget nära stad och strand. Dock ganska högt upp på en kulle så det är en utmaning med alla trappor om man går upp. Parkering finns alldeles vid hotellet och bokar man havsutsikt så är det magiskt vackert.
