「駅に近くとても便利だが、いつも柄の悪い若者がホテルの前や周辺にたむろしていて、あまり雰囲気は良くない。市内中心地まではやや距離がある。2泊して部屋の清掃をしてくれたのは良いものの、自分たちが持って行った使い捨てではないカップ2つがなくなっていて、恐らく清掃の際に捨てられたものと思われるが信じられなかった。（明らかなゴミには触られていないのに、なぜカップを捨てるのか...？）」

「列車駅近くで旧市街には遠いが、場所もわかりやすくて、移動には便利。旧市街への移動はトラムを利用すればいい。小さなホテルですが受付にはいつも人がいて親切にしてもらえました。コンフォートルームでしたが、割と広くてツインベッド、バスタブ、可動式シャワー、狭いけれど収納棚もあり、Wi-Fi無料など特に不満はありません。また周りは何もないせいか夜も静かでした。ただ部屋の床鳴りが少し気になりました。朝食は周りにパン屋以外何もないのでチエックインの時頼んで、結果的に良かったです。朝4時から用意されていてコンチネンタルだけれどゆで卵があり、結構満足しました。カーンに行くことがあればまた泊まると思います。」
