「Amazing place for a getaway! My family stayed a couple days to ski at Monarch (first time skiing there). The cabin was very clean, cozy, and an amazing view. Loved having the wood stove available in the evenings. Hoping to stay again for more skiing - and to explore the area in the summer. 」

「We rented both Cabins A&B which was great for our three kids to have their space and my husband and I to have our space. We went to Monarch each day and the location for the cabin was superb for that. We were close enough to town to visit the city and local restaurants as well. And the cabins sit right off the main road 」

「Property is a nightmare. Plumbing is a know issue throughout the house. Jugs of drinking water are provided. It has too much furniture to move around. Closets and drawers are so full there is nowhere to put your stuff. It sits 30 feet off the main highway and that is not clear in the pictures. Plumbing was so bad, management had to move us after the first night off the mountain, 20 minutes into Salida. Management did work hard to make it right, but the property is not recommended. 」
