「Breakfast was marginal. No cooked eggs or bacon. Cold biscuits with meh gravy. Ran out of half & half and 2% milk. Service area very hot. Paid to eat breakfast elsewhere 2nd morning. 70’s era motel basically. Not updated in very long time. Good access to golf course and hostess was nice enough. Not worth the $.」

「Pros: It was a clean room, quiet, good price, low pretty fee, good charging plugs, decent toiletries, nice grass area with a fire pit and picnic tables and the staff was really nice. Cons: The bathroom fan didn't work, the bed was uncomfortable, there was very poor vanity lighting, the TV was snack and only 1 bedside table.」

「Enjoyed the stay」

「This property could use a little updating and cleaning. The bathroom in our room was very dirty and the floor felt like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed. The pool was what we were looking forward to after a long, hot day of travel but it was tepid at best and filthy, it had foamy bubbles in it like bubble bath had been poured in.」

「Front desk attendant was very nice and friendly, the room was ok, found some hair in the bathtub, the fridge and the tv was not working, restaurants are not walkable unless you dont mind walking over a mile to get to a restaurant, for me it was a quick night stay and I was solo, not a big deal,」

「This hotel is a classical American motel. I could park a car in front of the door of the motel. It was very easy to carry baggage from the car to the room. It is about 90 minutes drive from the motel and Black Canyon National Park.」

「This was a horrible place to stay. Room was not maintenanced, shower head fell apart, no Ac and windows that wouldn’t open, broken chair, TV that wouldn’t work, locked out of our room twice and handicap bar fell off the wall. Very disappointing, go somewhere where there will be someone to help you. My husband and I were over the top frustrated.」

「I had a room for my family booked at The Grand Lodge. I was notified same day as check in that there's a problem and they had to move my room. We ended up at a condo on the mountain. They even worked with us in making sure we could still use some of the Lodges amenities. Absolutely my most favorite place to rest your head in the valley!! Awesome folks! Luke McPherson」

「Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!」

「Nice room, not much better than other rooms」

「Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. 」

「We stayed in the Beacon loft and it was beautiful! Loved the bathroom and comfy bed. It is right above a bar, so if you are very sensitive to sound maybe skip this one on the weekend. We loved how it was right on the main street next to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!」
