This cabin has everything you need for that little get away to paradise. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is a renovated historic barn/shed with top end finishes including reclaimed oak floor, quartz & Colorado marble counter tops and all new appliances. Located on the bus loop in the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte, just bring your toys to play with and get out! Fully stocked and ready for your adventures for you, your significant other and kiddo if you have a couple or less.

There will be an additional 9.5% payment request added to your booking due to VRBO not collecting all the Taxes for the state of Colorado.

Weekend get away

We really enjoyed staying at this well appointed cabin. It is located within walking distance to restaurants but in a quiet setting. Great location and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Perfect Place for a Couple

This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. It is absolutely perfect for 2 people and the location is amazing. The host is responsive and the place is clean and cozy. Wish I could go back tomorrow:-)

Property was as described and very clean. Wonderfully convenient location to Elk Ave and all things CB. Directly across from a Mountain Express stop, for super easy (and free) transportation to and from the mountain. Would gladly stay again!

This is a delightful place! The house is neat and clean with a nice kitchen and a good, comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from Elk. We loved our stay at Just Horsin’ Around.

Lovely, modern, cozy, updated bungalow. Very close (1.5 blk) to Nordic ski center for cross country skiing!

Very enjoyable stay in Just Horsin’ Around. You really could live here it is so homely with everything you need all packed into a small space yet it is still not cramped as there is plenty of room. Certainly gave us food for thought with our retirement plans.

Our stay at Just Horsin' Around!

We had a lovely 9 day stay this summer. This was our first trip to Crested Butte, it was beautiful! The unit is super cute and cozy and met all of our needs. Everything is walkable from the location. Megan is easy to get a hold of to answer any questions and to correct any problems. We would highly recommend Just Horsin' Around! Thank you Megan!

Love it -great location for 2 folks

Nice place - Satellite wasn't working but we didn't mess with bothering owner - just had total signal loss, prob something simple. On the directions coming in we missed turn as think no longer True Value but Ace (Ithink). Very clean and cozy, did great job on remodel - great location - nice to walk out the door to pretty much everything in the town. Internet is pretty slow (local area issue not this specific place I think) - couldn't get some work stuff out but to good news was I flipped to AT&T hot spot and worked great for work and to stream TV.

CB Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Off-street parking was a huge plus. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was both cute and stylishly decorated. Perfect for a weekend escape or a longer stay. Highly recommend!
