Stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! the facilities are fantastically maintained and linens changed everyday. Nice selection of drinks at the bar, and bottles of water in your room that are refilled daily. The staff is excellent and have great food and bar recommendations as well as some smaller sights to see. i Arrived about 4 hours before check in and they were able to hold my baggage in a dedicated room until check in and gave me a map to start exploring the area. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples

Lovely hotel close to alot of attractions & sites. Staff were amazing very helpful and polite.
Only negative was the lift wasn’t working at all. Only until our last day being on the 4th floor wasn’t ideal.
Also the wellness centre swimming pool etc was out of order which was the main reason for me, my why I booked.

I did not stay at the hotel so this review is only based on my customer service with them. I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience.

Very welcoming staff room was large great big closets ! It was quiet views of Paris rooftops! Loved the bathroom too it had a tub / shower it all seemed pretty newly redone . You have endless choices of restaurants the notre dame is 6 blocks away max . I love Paris and i would definitely come back to this hotel ! You won’t be dissatisfied with this place !
