"This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. The staff was great!!!!"

They have kiosk machines that make it easy but my friend and I wanted to be on the same floor so we had to wait in the normal line. The line wasn’t long but only two windows were open so it took about 30mins before we were helped. Checking out on the kiosk was simple and quick. "
