"We arrived after midnight. Since there was a line we used the kiosk to check in but it said wait for a text to get instructions to get room key. After waiting a long time, no text ever came through so had to get in line. They didn’t have the room with a king bed I had paid for. Was charged an additional $303 for amenities (this doesn’t include $40/night parking) & was given a room with a TV that didn’t work, water in shower didn’t drain and 2 full sized beds instead of a king. "
