"We spent one night here on our way to Venice. This was a perfect place to stop and spend the day at the Ferrari museums. Close to the station and breakfast was included. An ideal option for our family of five(in two rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee too."

We visited in the Fall and it was a bit chilly out. I don't know if it's a Modena thing or just the building - the AC doesn't turn on when the outside temperature is low. The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were.
