"We had a great overall stay and would consider coming back. There was a hiccup at check-in as the property wasn’t quite ready, but Marc was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. His communication and effort were genuinely appreciated.The location is fantastic and made for an easy jumping-off point for exploring the area. The garage was a great bonus, and the beds were especially comfortable. Definitely not the thin, worn-out mattresses you sometimes find in rentals. The home itself appears well maintained, and the carpet looks like it was recently replaced, which added to the fresh feel.We did notice that the cleanliness could have been a bit better. For example, the tile floors were noticeably gritty (a quick swipe with a paper towel picked up quite a bit of dirt), the fridge wasn’t fully clean, etc. I'm guessing this may have been related to the rushed turnaround to get the house ready for our arrival and not a regular issue.We appreciated the information table. It was a thoughtful touch and helpful for getting to know the area. The swings and slide were also a big hit with our kiddo and made it easy for them to burn off some extra energy.Overall, a solid stay with a great location and thoughtful amenities, just with a bit of room for improvement on cleaning consistency."
