"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids."

We were in walking distance of the Ikebukuro entertainment district and the subway station. "Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Man trifft die Vermieter nicht, aber Check in hat problemlos funktioniert. Man erhält bei Buchung ein umfangreiches Manual zur Fewo und Umgebung (auch auf Englisch), das war sehr hilfreich."

We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

"Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out."
