I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.

Pros: Its clean, nice staffs, great service and good location. Cons :The room is super tiny and there is only one elevator, no stairs. You have to wait for elevator while when its busy time.

It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too.
