"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Took our luggage up the stairs and were waiting for us when we arrived. Welcomed warmly by the manager and once checked in felt like home away from home! We didn’t do kayaking but available if you intend to do so. Private baths or outside baths available which we took advantage of. Possibly for some guests may find the property a bit older but was adequate for what we wanted. View you get makes up for it. I’d certainly return to this place if I’m ever in Fuji-san area again. "

Basic toiletries are provided in the lobby and the room itself has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is an in room mini frig. We selected this hotel based on proximity to the fujisan yume no ohashi bridge and the Fuji-Shin Shinkansen station. "
