"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff as well. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lovely tea and snacks included as well. We used the Osen, gym nearby (extra change), hand the traditional dinner and breakfast in our room and toured around Tokyo. The hotel is located in the financial district which was a little too quiet on the weekends and none of the underground restaurants were open. Other than that, our experience was perfect. Would definitely recommend. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff and excellent rooms! I was staying in a triple room with a balcony, and had a great experience. The room is designed to take advantage of a small space, but my friends and I didn't feel like it was cramped at all. There's also a bakery in the lobby that makes some delicious croissants and other baked goods. My only note would be that the hotel doesn't have many dining options outside and even the closest konbini is a 5 minute walk away....

This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. "Station's are close by and there are more than enough places to eat on the same street as the hotel. Very close to transport. Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable. "My partner, seven months old daughter and I stayed for six nights at the Royal Park Hotel Iconic Shidome Tokyo. The room was spacious and a decent baby cot was set up for us in the room upon our request. The hotel is located in a short walking distance from public transport, and there is a convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was good, there was also laundry facility and a shared microwave which was very helpful for us as we were travelling with our seven month old baby. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Overall, great experience."
