"We found the beds too hard, the sheets were polyester and too hot, there was no blanket but a down comforter which was way too hot, but the thing that really bothered us is that the outer door handle was broken. We reported it to the front desk and she appropriately sent maintenence to fix it while we were out. But when we returned five hours later we found that the door was left open. Fortunately nothing was stolen, but that is just not right. "

"Stayed the night in an Accessible room. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. The only complaint is the room was abit small making it hard to maneuver with a wheelchair or scooter and had a tub instead of a roll in shower. "
