🔹PARKING: The driveway can easily fit up to 4 cars. For extra parking, please use the designated spots in the community near the mailboxes. To ensure clear access for all, kindly refrain from blocking streets or sidewalks.

If you prefer a leisurely stroll, it's just a 7-minute walk to the sand and surf.
Once you're at the beach, the fun never stops. Relax on the soft white sands, catch a stunning sunset, or enjoy happy hour drinks by the shore. For those seeking adventure, beach chair and shade rentals, parasailing, kayaking, and bonfires are all available. Guests have full access to the luxurious community pool (heated starting Nov. 15), open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The pool area features relaxing lounge chairs on the deck, and multiple covered, cushioned couches where you can unwind in comfort. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the grilling pavilion is equipped with Green Egg charcoal grills and ample counter space, along with large dining tables poolside for group meals.
Additionally, you can enjoy picnic tables by the tranquil pond, and a scenic walking path that surrounds the water, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Stay entertained with big screen TVs in the lounge area, and take advantage of the Men's and Women's restrooms, outdoor shower, and sand wash-off stations to freshen up after a day at the beach.
