This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a desk, a smart TV, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #2.



This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink.

•Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

• Portable crib available.

• This home is pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 50 lbs. or less allowed. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

o If you need to leave your dog unattended in the property, they must be crated. Please bring your own crate.

o Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning caused by their pets.

o Please note, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside, as the property does not have a fenced yard.
