「We enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf 12A! While the unit is definitely outdated and could use some TLC, it still had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was great, and overall, we had a good experience. We would stay again and would recommend it to others looking for a laid-back beach spot. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in Destin and the house is in a good location and a nice place. The house could use some updating on new sheets that stay on the bed .The house was clean except the floors they were very gritty with sand and I had to vacuum and mop them. 」

「I loved the location but this property needed a complete update on the furniture and also needs a new cleaning service. We had to reclean the bathroom toilets! Also one of the toilet brushes was covered in poop! We also sweeped the floor that seemed like it had not been done in weeks. We also went to use the grill and it was rotted. Some of the beach chairs were rotted as well. For the amount of money we paid I expect better 」
