Beautiful property and excellent hosts. Provided timely updates to reservation and recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Great with communication and use of golf carts made getting to the pools and beach a breeze. We will definitely book with this host again. 6 guests - 2 elderly/handicapped. 3 other adults and 1 child

First with baby

Love the home and golf carts. Only thing that could make it better is providing better quality and more toilet paper and paper towels.

Could’ve been better

Paid for 2 golf carts and only 1 was available, only 1.5 burners of the 5 burners on gas grill worked, floor was dirty and all the kitchen trash bags tore when removing from kitchen can.

Great house, great location

Wonderful property - spacious and clean. Management company is excellent at communicating and easy to get in touch with. Area is amazing with many activities a golf cart ride away. Amazing location for families.

Great stay

This house was clean and in excellent condition. The golf carts were perfect. The property management company was very available to answer questions and communicate. I would stay here or at another property of theirs again. We had a great vacation.

Graduation Trip

Loved the location and the community. Pool was just a few steps away. You don’t have to leave the community for anything and all amenities are accessible is the golf carts.

Nice property but issues with golf carts

The house we stayed in was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of bathrooms for our whole party. The beds were confortable and there was ample towels in every bathroom. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys were an added plus. The only complaint our party had was regarding the golf carts. We rented this particular unit because it had a 6 seater and 4 seater golf cart. When we arrived, only the 4 seater was at the residence. We immediately called and didn’t get an answer as to why it was not there. I called back 2 additional times on two additional days. On our third day of vacation, we finally got answers and the 6 seater cart showed up around 2pm. It was in the shop for repairs. This would have been nice to know ahead of time since MyVacationHaven knew we were arriving and the cart was not at the residence. With 8 people in our party, only having a 4 seater cart was an inconvenience. However, this was our only complaint throughout our stay.

Loved this property. Highly recommend.

This is our fourth house rental in the area, and this was by far the best. Well maintained and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The mattresses were quite comfortable. The management company was very responsive to our needs. Loved the toiletries provided that even included aloe gel for those post-beach days. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Great Family Getaway

We appreciated the amenities and the cleanliness of the home. Tile floors throughout were a plus for our family of 7, and bedroom layouts worked well. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts for our group with older kids. Management was responsive when we had an issue with one of the golf carts (turned out to be our fault in lack of charging properly but they gladly and quickly helped us fix it). Enjoyed the beach and the Baytowne area. Would definitely stay here again!

new location for us

we have always stayed in condos so a house was new for us. we have also never stayed this far away from a beach. that was the biggest downside for us. you can use the golf carts to get to the beach but it was very crowded with reserved umbrellas and chairs and it is about a 20 minute ride there. we ended up driving to grayton beach each day which was less crowded and no reserved spaces. other than beach access we loved the quiet community, the golf carts were fun, the home was perfect for our two families, and i enjoyed walking each morning in the neighborhood.

Great place!

The house was big enough for our 3 families. Each adult bedroom has a private bathroom and the kids bunk room has a bathroom across the hall. A few days into our stay the kids’ shower broke and someone came out right away but we weren’t able to use it for the rest of our stay. Inconvenient, but not that huge of a deal. Property has access to a couple pools, one just a few houses down. The golf carts were great! Room for everyone and you can take them anywhere- beach, restaurants, shopping, Publix. Two cars are allowed in the driveway but there are several areas within the neighborhood to park.

Misunderstanding

The house was great. The location fabulous as always. I was disappointed actually in myself not reading or understanding the 3rd party that we booked with. So when we decided to play tennis or anything extra in the Resort we had to pay a lot to enjoy the amenities. Very disappointed that my kids could not enjoy a game of tennis which normally is free have to pay $17 for an hour each to play a game they always enjoy when in Sandestin. Other than that we truely loved the property. We will book thru Sandestin next year not 3rd party or will find elsewhere.
