This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2379 sq. ft. home has been professionally decorated with attention to detail for our guests. This is the largest 3 bedroom home in Laurel Grove. (sleeps 8). Our home is equipped with modern comfort and safety features including a Ecobee system and external video and/or audio security monitoring.

Laurel Grove amenities include a private clubhouse, expansive swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center, dressing rooms, restrooms, charcoal barbeques, kitchen facilities and ice maker, exclusively for Laurel Grove owners and guests and closely located to the house.

The Sandestin community offers beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, a marina on the bay, 72 holes of golf at Raven, Burnt Pine, Links and Baytowne golf clubs plus the Golf Learning and Performance Center, 15 tennis courts with both hydrogrid clay and hard surface courts, shopping and dining at Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard.

*Bedroom 2 - A second master bedroom with a king size bed, 47" Vixio HD flat screen television, bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity. French doors open to a large balcony across the entire back of the home.
*Bedroom 3 - Large bedroom with 2 full size beds, 37" Vizio HD flat screen television, bathroom has bathtub, shower and single vanity. French doors open up to a large balcony across to enire back of the home.
*Screened Back Porch - Across the entire first floor on the back of the home. On one side a comfy private seating area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the evening while grilling dinner. On the other side is a large dining table with seating for 6.
*Wrap Around Front Porch - With loveseat and coffee table.
*Laundry Room - Full size washer and dryer.
*Golf Cart - 6 seat golf cart is parked in the garage for use during your stay. This is a true amenity as Sandestin is no longer allowing golf cart rentals.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf provides action packed summer fun.
Scallywag Sunday - A magic show performed by Captain Davy at 7pm.
Movie Monday - Movies on the events plaza lawn at 8pm.
Boomin' Tuesdays - The night lights up with fireworks at 9:15pm over the lagoon. PLUS now enjoy a DJ Dance Party with DJ Mike Whitty in the Events Plaza at 7:15PM!
Wednesday Night Concerts - A variety of musicians will entertain you from 7pm-9pm.
Fly Guy Thursdays - Enjoy shows from fly-board extraordinaire Ben Merrell over the lagoon! Watch as he soars to the sky and makes waves at Baytowne Wharf 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm .
