Location, location, location

The location is great! Just across the street from the public beach. Short walk to a small convenience store to get water, snacks, etc. Across the street from Pompano Joes, a fabulous restaurant.The unit is as advertised. Could use a bit of maintenance, but we would definitely stay there again.

Will stay here again ....

Online listing is accurate. We were just steps away from the beach. Nice area, comfortable and spacious. We stayed with 2 young adults and 2 children and had plenty room for all 6 of us. Monica (host) was great with communication. Beds are comfy ... and the best part for me was the towels! They were soooo soft! We would definitely book here again!

Great Location

We love this beach — we think it’s the best in all of destin. Great beds— balcony views — separate rooms for kids. Weird sliding bathroom doors in bedrooms but not a big deal.

We had a great time!

The property is CLEAN! Spotless. First thing I did when I got there was mopped the floors (my toddler loves rolling on the floor and then stick hands in her mouth) and my mop was absolutely clean. The townhome was dated but it wasn’t a big deal. The location is awesome - you can see the water from the balcony and beach access is right across the street. We would stay here again.

Definitely worth it

Great property. Location was great. Comfy beds. Minor cosmetic issues with the property, but nothing that hinders having a good time. Would stay again.

Amazing location!

We are first time visitors to the area and absolutely loved the location of the condo. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. We loved having the washer and dryer as a perk too!

Great condo!

This is a great condo, and it is exactly what we were expecting. It is directly across from the public beach access, so it’s just a short couple of minute walk (which is what we were hoping for). Perfect location, clean, and decorated real nice. I would come back and stay here again.

Very good . Great location to the beach!

Pretty good ,but patio door is broken and is very difficult to go in and out. One dining chair is broken and wobbly. Over all nice.

Family vacation

Except for the air condition drain being clogged and not having air for the first 24 hours, our stay was very nice. A technician came as soon as we called and fixed the problem.

It was perfect for me and my family, bery clean place, no problems at all, everything was perfect, and bery close to the beach, so awesome to just walk a few feet’s to the beautifull Miramar beach.

Clean and great location for us

Pros: great location, nice having the garage on rainy days, the room darkening curtains were nice, we appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with conveniences for preparing and serving snacks/meals, starter supplies for kitchen clean up were provided. Unit was decorated fairly nice and found it to be very clean. All appliances were in working order with no problems. Cons: the bath linens, while they were nice and white, were also rough on your skin. I would suggest replacing them with a better quality. The bed linens were of poor quality and I wished I had brought my own, but this is my personal preference when it comes to sheets. The staircase needs better lighting especially at night. I would recommend this place with a caution that if have issues with doing 3 flights of stairs, then you will want to look further, if not this is a good place with a great location.
