We really enjoyed this property. The kitchen was well stocked except there was no pizza cutter which is no big deal. We ended up just buying one. Our microwave completely stopped working on the next to last day, and they brought a replacement promptly. They even came quickly to fix a situation we had with the upstairs television remote. I would definitely stay here again in the Bungalos neighborhood with my family. We loved the golf carts! My only recommendation is updating the upstairs furniture, replacing the permanent microwave, and updating the listing to reflect that there is a keurig coffee pot as well as a drip machine. Overall, I definitely still recommend this unit! We loved being so close to shopping, dining, and the beach! The pool is literally only steps away.

Family vacay

This was our first time staying in the bungalows. The only reason we booked this property was because it offered two golf carts. Before we arrived I received a phone call that the four seat golf cart needed a new tire so we would not have use of it until fixed upon arrival. We also found the six seat golf cart not to be safe to drive. So the first couple of days we had zero golf carts and then the remainder of our trip we only had use of the four seat golf cart for a group of 12 people. This was very disappointing. Also, the TV in the living room stopped working towards the end of our trip. It was replaced same day so that was a good thing but the TV he brought was too big for the space and was put in the bedroom and the bedroom TV was in the living room. The floors in this bungalow were also very dirty. The biggest disappointment with this property was definitely the broken down golf carts for the duration of our stay.

Spring Break and wine fest

Had a great time at Sandestin with the fam. Adults enjoyed winefest and there are so many activities for the kids as well. The house had the perfect layout for families with kids, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a grassy area out back where they could run and expend some energy We did have an issue with the golf carts charging but the property manager was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue. Highly recommend

Lovely Community

My family and I came to have a quick vacation prior to summer ending and we couldn’t have been happier. Lovely home and great community. Baytowne Wharf is super safe and close to a lot that can be accessed on foot, bike, or golf cart. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the Panhandle.

Great place but bring everything you will need

Our recent stay at the property, overall, provided a pleasant experience with a few notable caveats. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. However, we noticed that the living was adorned with numerous delicate items, which may pose a challenge for families with young children. The management company was a highlight of our stay, as they were extremely responsive and addressed all of our inquiries promptly. One significant drawback was the lack of adequate supplies and equipment in the kitchen. With only four steak knives and a very small cutting board, meal preparation was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the minimal provision anyone planning to cook might need to bring their own kitchenware. The provided household essentials were also limited. The kitchen included only one dishwasher soap and a single roll of paper towels. The bathrooms each came with just one roll of toilet paper, with some rolls being only partially full, likely left over from previous guests. When I contacted the management company, they informed me that guests were expected to supply these items themselves. We would have been more prepared had this been clearly stated in the property description. It's not practical to purchase small quantities of such essentials during a short stay. An additional charge to cover these items would greatly enhance the guest experience, sparing us from having to bring these with us.

Perfect family trip!

We had a great time at the house! The location was perfect, and having two golf carts was awesome! You really never need to leave the resort (great for avoiding all the traffic on the main highway!), and have everything you would need within a short distance. We loved that the pool is literally steps from the house. The house itself was very clean and had everything we would need. Our only suggestion would be to supply a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs, but other than that it was perfect! We will likely be booking the house again next summer!

Family get away in Destin

$100 is a lot for an early chek in when we only wanted to drop of cold groceries. Denise was great, and we dropped them off at her residence and she took them to the property before our late check-in. Hat's off to Denise for her help.

It's not 4 bedroom and 4 bath.

It say 4 bedroom but actually it has two bedrooms and one office room has single bed and play room has bed and bunker to make it sleep 8. There are 2 common bathroom to make 4 bathroom. Common bathrooms lock were bed so you can't lock. Actually property is two bedrooms with four or three kids and not 4 bedroom 4 bath.

Great Holiday Vacation

This property and the resort it is located on is beautiful. The house was lovely and met our needs for our family, The house accommodated myself and my husband and my adult daughter with her three older children. The house was clean and well furnished with comfortable, adequate furnishings. There were a lot of small personal knick knacks around that I worried about breakage if a family has young children. A couple small things could have made our trip better but overall, we loved the house, the property and the area. Regarding the house, the second golf cart didn't work - but we enjoyed jumping into the one that did work to go eat nearby and take advantage of some of the resorts perks, (bike rental, walking paths, nearby eating/shopping). The resort itself is gorgeous and if we would have had more time, could have offered even more for us to do. The pool nearby the property was so awesome (literally across the street) and we were excited to take advantage of it - however - the first night, we checked the pool out and it was nice and warm for the cooler nights swimming, but on the evening we all planned on swimming the water was ice cold - so we were all really disappointed. One other small thing about the house, the owners have a lot of personal pictures around, which caused my daughter to say "I feel like an intruder" - not something I think most people want to feel when they want to feel comfortable and at ease at their vacation abode.

Lovely Cottage

This house was a beautiful property. The lay out was great, the location was great and the golf carts were a blast. The house and things inside could use some updating but overall it was a very nice place to stay. We would definitely rent this property again.

This home was perfect for the four of us …house seems much more spacious than the photos depicted. Lovely home ! We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything and the golf cart was a perfect addition.

This is an amazing property tucked I side a cute neighborhood. Golf carts were very useful to get to shops. Loved the convenience to grocery and restaurants. Beds and sheets were very comfy and soft. Would stay here again!!

The house was in excellent condition. Very comfortable with plenty of beds. Would highly recommend. Management company was easy to deal with both with checking in and checking out. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful, well used family home

This is a great house for a family vacation. It's well used since it was built in 2005 and it's not in picture-perfect condition, which is to say it's beautiful and appropriately fitted but not too finicky. Comfortably decorated. However there are a lot of Grandma and Grandpa decorations that could be brought breakable. We've stayed in two different houses in this neighborhood. This house is right across from the neighborhood pool so if you have kids it's a great place to be. There were a handful of very minor concerns that were addressed. The shower didn't get hot enough and the maintenance guy adjusted it. There was a burnt out light bulb. They brought a new light bulb within a few hours. Everything handled very well. If you're expecting a house that is in perfectly pristine condition, this isn't it. It's got well used carpeting. But everything was clean, perfectly clean. It was the perfect house for our family for 10 days.

Very pleased with the house. Few complaints kitchen needs more serving platters, not enough oven cooking dishes. Carpet upstairs needs to be shampooed. We would stay here again location was perfect
