Private Pool & Beach 3 King bdrms + Bunkroom, Gated Community

Newer house in gated beach community, private backyard pool. Split bdrm design with 3 king bdrms + 4th bdrm with XL Twin over Queen bunkbed + trundle that will sleep 4 children (or 2 adults plus 2 children).
Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home & pool. All 4 bdrms have TV & full length mirrors, 3 bdrms have DVD players. King bdrms & living room have ceiling fans. Attached Garage to unload luggage and groceries, instead of climbing stairs or riding elevators. Gas grill on pool patio for grilling at home if you don't want to go out for dinner.

Fully equipped kitchen with Granite and Stainless, French door fridge with 2 ice makers. Separate utility room with full size W/D, Keyless Entry with your own personal code, 2 car garage with key pad so everyone can come and go without keys. For children's safety, house has pool alarm on back door + extra deadbolt up high. SimplySafe alarm on front door for your optional use. 2 sets of garage door openers & community gate remotes provided.

Pool can be heated for a fee of $275/week, usually needed early Spring and late Fall. Please note: Pool heater will not work when temps get below 40 degrees.

House is approximately 500 yards from beach. Complimentary seasonal Beach Service provided (March thru Oct) on our private beach, called Seashells Beach. You can walk to our private beach or drive 0.3 mile east to free beach parking by Pompano Joe's & the beach restrooms. Close to everything in Destin: Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Grand Boulevard, Harborwalk, restaurants & Marina.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Leave all beds unmade, take used towels to laundry room and if possible start a load washing. Houskeeping leaves some laundry soap for your use. Put cribs back in master closet.
Empty refrigerator and freezer of all food, even if unopened to avoid additional fee from housekeeping.
Be sure pool alarm is plugged in and lock front door when you leave but do NOT lock garage/utility room door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved this house!

House was super clean and close to the beach. Loved the pool in the back yard and the house was well stocked. Will def be staying again!! Highly recommended.

4th year in a row renting this property. House is fantastic with 4 bedrooms - 3 of which have kingsize beds!! Walked to beach, but mainly just basked the day away in the private pool. Fast internet. Very cozy, feels like home.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Relax and Enjoy!

We had such a relaxing week at this home. It is well-maintained and stocked with about everything you could need. It was far more room than we needed, but close to where we needed to be. The pool was very nice, offering a bit of shade in certain areas and full sun in others. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!

Gem of a property, wonderful owners

My family of 3 spent a week with our friends (also a family of 3) in Miramar Beach and couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was lovely, incredibly clean, and just what we had hoped for. Sherry and Mike were excellent hosts, communicative, and it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy our time in their home. Many thoughtful extras were included that made our stay even more enjoyable (beach toys, wagons, coolers, full kitchen accessories, etc,). We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Spring Break Family Trip

This was our first trip to Destin. We were lucky to book this amazing house last minute. The ease and communication with the owners was amazing from beginning to end! They provided so much helpful information about the property and area. It felt like a home away from home. The description of the property and location to the beach, were exactly as detailed. The backyard and pool were the highlight for us. We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful house

The beach house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The pool was perfect for hanging out with our family. We loved our trip to Destin and will definitely be back to stay at the same house the next time we are there!

Family Vacation

Great property!

We had another great stay in the house! This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here and really enjoyed all the amenities. The backyard and pool are awesome and it's just a short walk to the beach! The owners are great and communicate well! Highly recommend!

Moorman/Lee 2025 Family Vacay

The rental property was excellent and the owners are fantastic to work with. The property was one story which was great since one family member was in a wheel chair. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The pool was a great size for our family of 10, plenty of lounge chairs and table/chairs for all. The beach and two restraunts we ate at were witin walking distance. The complimentary beach chairs/umbrella were a plus as well as the extra beach chairs/toys, etc. available by owner for use. There is also a Dollar General within walking distance (5 minutes) which was nice. We would definiately rent again.

Great location! Awesome hosts!!

The home was in an amazing location! Very well set up and clean (only issue I had was some dirt and lint under the furniture that I would not have been noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling around).. sherry was so amazing at checking in with us and quickly resolving the hot water issue we had. Would definitely recommended and stay again!!

Perfect getaway!

Had my wife, 2 kids (1 & 6), sister in law, and was pleasantly surprised my mother in law and granparent in laws show up! This could be their last vacation as they are getting older it couldn’t have been any better! The pool was perfect to escape the beach and for morning swims with the kiddos. House was much larger than the pictures show and so convenient for older and younger guests!

Family vacation!

After we decided to take a family vacation, we found a house. This house was a big hit! Everyone felt right at home! Loved the pool area, right outside of living room! Close access to beach. House had every amenity. Very clean! The description of property was spot on! The owners were quick to respond to any question! We will definitely be back!!

A Stay in Paradise

Mike and Sherry have an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. The pool in the backyard is spectacular and great for those days that you just want to hangout and lounge. The walk to the private beach with beach service is less than five minutes. They are simply the best hosts, always checking in to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. This is the second time that we have stayed at their home, and it will always be our first choice when we head back to Destin. Thank you for the perfect week in paradise.

wonderful stay

Very clean. And well kept house. Little bit of a walk to beach but not bad. Lots of beach accessories. Plenty of towels, kitchen dishes and pots and pans. Quite neighborhood. Pool was a little smaller than pictures lead us to believe but big enough for family of 4. Very nice back yard. Would love to stay there again

This is the place!

Stop looking, this is the place you need. This house was the most equipped house I have ever stayed in. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, for my baby, for my kids, for the pool and the beach. The space was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach is a short walk, we didn't feel like we needed to rent a golf cart. It's even walking distance to a few good restaurants. The owners responded to all my questions quickly, and they made sure that we were comfortable. They really set the bar high for me, and we wish to stay here again when we visit Destin.

Beautiful

Beautiful house, love how it's set up. All the cookware you can imagine. The pool area is set up beautifully with palms, flowers at night lights hitthe palms and light it up it's very beautiful, lounge chairs table with umbrella and 2 extra umbrellas and can be set up anywhere around the pool area. Only thing i think i would add is an outside lamp or something near the grill area and picnic table for evening grilling and eating. Some sort of light that can be turned on and off so it doesn't take away from the beauty of how the owners have it set up for nighttime.

Unforgettable time

We arrived late saturday afternoon to a wonderful home in an amazing neighborhood close to the beach. Once we got settled in we were able to enjoy everything from the pool to the grill and the home. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The home was clean and had plenty to do and plenty of linens and towels. Throughout the week we used the kitchen which had everything you could ever need on a beach vacation and the laundry appliances worked wonderful. We were all very thankful to not have to do laundry upon returning home. The host was amazing at being responsive and also answered any questions we had. The back patio was everyone's favorite part of the house. From the pool and the wonderful landscaping to the seating availability to the umbrellas and the grill. Nothing was better after a long day out enjoying the many activities destin offers than letting the kids swim while we enjoyed the wonderful destin weather, the grill snd rach others company. Our whole group was so impressed with the house and 10/10 would definitely love to stay here again for our next destin vacation.
