「Reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Facilities were fine, location is walkable to Anjuna, and even Baga beach if you fancy a stroll. However Wi-Fi in rooms very intermittent and the duvets should have washable covers for hygiene. Bar was not open but eatery and beer shop right next to the hostel. Not the hippy part of Anjuna, you need to go towards the German Bakery if you want that type of vibe. More Indian holiday makers than international travellers. But I did have a very enjoyable...

「Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.」

「Poor housekeeping...no one came to clean the room till we insisted...next day again no one came to even clear the dustbin 」

「Worst experience ever!!! Don’t stay here! It’s a rip off! Staff attitude is extremely bad, rude, unhelpful and negligent. Hotel is dated, dirty and very dusty. Very isolated position next to a cemetery, not hot water i the shower. Rooms are different from the pictures, very dated and dirty, bed linen and towels are dirty, old and usured. Ridiculously overpriced. Never ever stay here!」

「部屋はコンパクトでとても快適でした。冷蔵庫、電気ポット、コーヒー、紅茶、ヘアドライヤーなど一通りそろっています。強いて言えば、カーテンの生地が薄いので、外の光を遮ることができれば良かったと思います。あと椅子が固い丸椅子なので座り心地はいまひとつでした。 全体的に使いやすく居心地は良かったです。朝食は、パンやインド式のピラフなど炭水化物メインです。カットフルーツや飲み物もあるし、卵をリクエストすれば焼いてくれるので充分でした。無料のボトルウォーターは、詰め替え用のボトルなので、なくなったらフロントで補充してくれます。 スタッフの笑顔や、静かで落ち着いた接客は、とても雰囲気が良くて快適でした。またここに泊まりたいと思います！」

「The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic.」

「坂の上にあるのでバイクは必須です。空港からタクシーで1時間ほど。朝食ビュッフェは良かったです。wifiも微弱ながらつながります。」

「The property was excellent with really friendly staff」

「I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again.」

「小さな森の中に配置された平屋建て。建物は古いが緑豊かで静か。冷蔵庫、バスタブ付。清潔な飲料水は無料。羽蟻発生時は室内照明を落としておく。広い室内があり、朝食付が良い。他施設では味わえない個室が提供されている。」

「We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes. The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room. We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs.」

「New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Great services 」
