"Check in - very pleasant who checked us in respectful and friendly. Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. I sent my son down to pick the towel. This is poor service Thanks "

"This is our favorite place to stay in Coral Gables. A nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. Jorge was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants and is close to a free trolley stop."

"I was gonna be mad about the loud people outside my room last night and the annoying elevators. But the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are spacious. Also the pool was much needed. They have it heated in January! So yeah totally worth the money. Breakfast was good too."
