The owners are Argentinian and treat customers pretty poorly, no front desk, they ask for a ring and take long time to answer, no bell person, the rooms have a chemical horrible smell, they answer no, to simple requests, customary at other hotels, I felt in Argentina with the poor customer service that is normal there, my recommendation seek for alternative hotels in the area, don't stay there, it's a waste. you even have to climb 3 floors of step stairs to get to your room, and the lamps don't work, this place is a No No, don't book it, there are other hotels that offer better experiences

This was a lovely hotel, great price in a quiet street. Beautifully clean and nicely appointed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Walking distance to the Miracle Mile and public transportion available to other parts of the city. Coral Gables is self is an historic and interesting area to explore. Only downside, the ac unit, which was modern and very effective, sounded like a jet engine! I had it set on auto and everytime it came on overnight it woke me up! Front desk told they are working to update the units - hope so, would love to go back!

Hotel is very old wooden bldg. Creaky floors. No elevator. Very basic. Great neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat.
