「レセプションエリアは改装されてたのかすごく綺麗で新しい感じがしたが、部屋は古くて全体的に掃除が行き届いておらず不愉快だった。 部屋の空調管理か原因は分からなかったが、到着した時こら床全体が湿っぽく、タオルを敷かないと歩けず、すごく不快で部屋を交換してもらった。 その際のレセプションの対応や、部屋に来てくれたスタッフの迅速な対応にまだ救われ、次の部屋がとてもマシだったので何とか寝ることができた。 朝食も美味しく、無料アクテビティもあってホテルのサービス自体にはすごく満足した。 それを遥かに上回るホテルの古さと汚さにがっかりだった。」

「We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town. The homemade biscuits and friendship bracelets were such a sweet personal touch, and the reception team gave fantastic recommendations for things...
