"This property is as advertised. A quaint, rustic, 100 year old cabin. The creek is right out the back door and the water rushing was great to hear. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We had brought our food with us to bake or warm up and it all worked out well. It is about 30-40 min from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, which is where we spent our days. The back porch was nice for watching the water. There are other cabins close by, so it's not super private, but there was no one in the other close cabins while we were there, so that was nice. It was very quiet. Just so you know, there is no TV. It was fine for us, but we hadn't realized that until we got there, so just thought I would put that in here. Communication with the host was great."

"We loved the homey cabin and how close it was to the river. Very quite, so the river could always be heard. The snacks in the cabin were a nice touch. It was very dog friendly!! Doggie beds and bowls provided. Our dogs and us had a great time away."

"Wow. This property is beautiful, quietly tucked away to itself, and the hosts are above and beyond. We have stayed at many VRBOs, but this one topped them all so far. The hosts provided many personal touches for their guests that truly made you feel welcome and appreciated for staying with them . The house was perfect for our family to have their own spaces. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed 7 nights and our main purpose to stay at this location was to ride side by sides. There were many trails fairly close to the property and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery. This property and these hosts are definitely 10/10 and I highly recommend!"

"This is a wonderful, peaceful retreat for everyone, even fur babies! Lettie was such a kind, helpful and thoughtful host. We had a fabulous time. The scenery is beautiful and it's so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was such a memorable trip and one we'll never forget."
