"Airport to hotel shuttle never picked us up Air conditioning NOT working. The front desk told me that is only turned on in summer time ( not specified on Orbitz home page. Room was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldnโ€™t get the 2 free drinks because the bar opens at 6:00 pm. The coupons we received the day of check in stated bar is open from 10:00 am until 12:30 am. I will call Orbitz for a type of compensation "
