"The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The guy was ok, but no complain to him. The bed sheets and the bathroom was clean, no unpleasant smell. The room itself was pretty old, many lower parts of the wall paper are falling and mold, but we just stayed for one night, not bothering us too much. I like their kitchen, with the instant noodle cooking machine is fun to play with."

"I booked a deluxe double but received a room that could barely fit two people and a few suitcases. The booking photos made it seem like we would get a spacious room with access to a hot tub, and the price we paid reflected the photos, but there was no hot tub or any other amenities at all. Even worse, the room was quite drab. Many of the light fixtures and wall paper were broken and held together with tape. The air conditioner did not work and the in-floor heating would not turn off. The bathroom sink drained directly onto the floor as well. I would have asked for a refund or another room but this hotel does not have any staff on site other than cleaning staff in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE. "
