This was the worst stay with poor communication and abhorrent customer service. The AC went out in the cabin on June 13 and my husband and I had to relocate to a hotel for our comfort. It was in the 80s with the thermostat set at 68. We attempted numerous times to contact the after hours emergency number with no VM set up. After talking to Vacasa customer service, we were told they would send maintenance on the 14th. No communication until I reached out midday June 14 with no update. We only stayed 1 night and are petitioning for a refund.
