「Parking good. Easy check in. First morning i forgot the room code in room to get back in hotel before it opemed at 11 when we went out for breakfast, so i couldnt go back into our room until after 11. The second and last morning we got woken uo by the fire alarm going off . We didnt smell smoke but because it alarmed me we packed up and left. There was no fire as th3 alarm did shut off straight away so we wondered if someone was smoking i the other rooms . Floora are uneven so your either...

「There was no breakfast. Dusting and sweeping floor in bathroom apparently not on the agenda Beds; mattress comfortable; scarcity of pillows and no support from them The staff were polite and friendly 」

「丁度紅葉真っ盛りの季節でした。 車でアルゴンクィン国立公園に行く途中に立ち寄る人が多く、Hutzvillの街中に歩いていくには 20分ほどかかる街の手前にあるホテルです。 通常ですと駐車場は余裕なのでしょうが、この時はギリギリでした。 部屋は広くきれいに掃除してあり、ゆっくりと休めます。 朝食付きの内容は全く期待しないほうがいいです。 椅子が少なくこの時は座るところもなくて　食べないでチェックアウトしました。 ドライブでの疲れを取るくらいの感覚で泊まれば安く問題ないのではないでしょうか。 こぎれいなリーゾート雰囲気を味わいたい方にはお勧めしません。 」

「Had a great stay for the price - room was clean, location is close to downtown, bed was comfy, check in was easy. It's not luxury but we had no issues and would stay again!」

「I stayed last week at the new Hilton hotel in Bracebridge. I was impressed how clean and spacious the room was. I made a suggestion to the recepionist on the desk in the morning. A few hours later she texted me that they had made the change to help others. That was amazing.」

「The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.」

「三階建てで、エレベーターがない。 中に入ったら、スーパー８のブランド名。室内の壁や天井は補修のあとだらけ。 差し込まないで近づけるだけで開錠するパスモ／スイカのようなカードキーではあるが、カードキー本体にマジックインキで部屋番号が書かれていた。セキュリティー部分でハテナの記号が頭に浮かんだ。 朝食は向かいのコーヒーショップで食べられる。フロントでクーポンチケットをもらっていかなければならない。 ハイウエイのインターチェンジの近くなので、車でのアクセスはよく、街の中心から離れているので周囲に大きな建物がなくすぐにわかる。」

「We stayed for 3 days 2 nights, staffs amazing very attentive to our needs, love the feel of the property so homie and our room view is amazing. 」

「Staff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.」

「It was clean and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a room for a night or two and in the area for an event it was fine, but no inside pool, hot tub or breakfast.」

「staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. 」
