My husband & I visited Haliburton for the first time this weekend and enjoyed our stay at Silver Maple Motel. It was clean, gorgeous lake view across the street. We loved that there was dining options walkable from our motel just up the street. We would stay here again.

Small old style motel... drive right to the door. Well lit. The only thing I didn't like was just a door handle lock. The woman who checked me in was nice.

Was pleasantly surprised, because used to staying in higher end Hotels. This place was great! Supper quiet, beds were excellent, great pillows and clean crisp sheets. The place was super clean including shower. i had a great sleep and felt safe. Excellent service as well. Highly recommend this one.

This premises is an older but well cared for motel. The rooms were very clean. There is no pool, but the motel has a small dock with paddle boat at the lake across the street. Very refreshing on a hot day. The lady at check in was and pleasent friendly.

Our room was average. I wasn’t expecting a lot. I do have to say that our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I understand that it ia the high season but 235. For one night was over priced for what you got. Also i was charged 20 dollars for having more than 2 people. We were traveling with our 2 children. I feel that when traveling with children you should not be charged extra. Make sure you know about all the extra fees.
