「The room was sort of clean but the floor was sticky. Not enough towels!! We were not that happy with the customer service - the first member that was helping us said halfway through our check in that it's his time to go home. He called another member, had to explain everything to him and the whole procedure took a long time. This place is too expensive for what they offer.」

「It was very smooth to check in. The room was fairly big for two people. Nicely cleaned and was close to almost everything!! On top of those, the price was very reasonable. There was not a thing to complain about. We would love to stay at this motel when we visit Kenora next time!!」

「Beautiful hotel with great view. Rooms were great but on the smaller size. My issue is there is no restaurant open and no breakfast available. I would inquired and they said it has not been open for years. Not sure why?」
