This place was amazing! Friendly front desk staff, great free breakfast every morning, free popcorn, cookies and water all day, staff was knowledgeable about the surroundings and clean rooms! Only problem we had was parking. This was not the hotels fault but city of Milwaukee. Parking is hard and expensive. All they have are lots and parking garages and it gets expensive. Don't rent a car. They have plenty of transit options and shuttles at bars! Lyft and Uber were fine.

Very nice hotel l!

We were in town to see a show at the Riverside. The staff was so friendly and there were free snacks and water bottles in the lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and a great location. The entrance was always locked so felt very safe too.

We stayed a couple of nights after an event at Turner Hall. Easy walking distance to the Deer District and Old Third St. Staff were excellant. Parking at ramp across the street was easy to use. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Our stay was perfectly acceptable. Nothing particularly outstanding, but no complaints either. Room was smaller than anticipated, but still met our needs just fine. Breakfast was nice with plentiful options that were quickly replenished when needed. Location was convenient and accessible.

Great place to stay for a night!

Hotel is in a nice location. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of food options close. Off site parking right across the street. Staff was all friendly however the room was smaller then what I am used to. 2 double beds for 4 people is not ideal but we made it work!

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel in a beautiful downtown area. Staff was very friendly and engaging. We had a chance to speak with the manager from the company which owns/manages this location and she deserves a lot of credit for this hotel’s future success. It’s obvious they (as well as other businesses) are struggling with staffing and finding qualified candidates to fill vacant positions; she is working tirelessly (20 hour days) to make this hotel shine! Would definitely stay there again!
