Excellent dining options. Very good breakfast. Rooms are OK. I found large spiders on the floor. Staff is also ok. They have a pool which is out of order in the morning working hours.. It seems they have posted 7 am but they keep it under 'out of order' status until they feel like.

Soho residences was the perfect place to stay for TIFF. When you stay in the residence part of the hotel you get your own apartment with kitchen. My apartment was full of light and everything I needed even a nice view. When I arrived at midnight, I didn’t like the original room I was given, but they moved me to a nicer one down the hall. The original one had the bed pushed up near the closet so that I couldn’t roll my bag into the closet. The one they moved me to was slightly bigger and had better flooring and just a better overall vibe. They were super nice about the change and everyone was great the whole stay.

Loved the Airport shuttle, room was quiet, pool was nice and front desk staff

It was convenient and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Our room was SO noisy between the in room ac unit and the shower water pressure. When the neighbouring room showere at 4am I thoight there was a massive storm ⅜⁷ Shuttle service was disappointing especially at busy time. There was 30+ people waiting on 1 van shuttle. We ended up walking to the terminal (3) and taking the skytrain to the other terminal. It wasnt ideal with an infant.
