Friendly staff. Very impressive location and reception area with the view behind etc. The only downside was the extremely hot room (mid October stay) which we could not remedy in spite of radiators all off, window open and fan going all night. (There was some kind of hot water pipe in the built in wardrobe which was hot all the time) Otherwise a lovely stay

Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Excellent hotel in a great location

The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall
