"From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!"

"I booked a Junior Suite with a King bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is more expensive than a standard double queen. Here is what happened beginning at 10:00 pm: * I went to make up the sofa bed, and there were no linens or extra blankets. Before I could call down, * My daughter stepped in a BIG wet spot on the side of the bed. * I called down to let reception know, and I was told there were no more Junior Suites (fair) available. I asked for another room, and I had to go down to reception and get the keys for a standard queen room. * The shampoo in the bathroom was not full/did not work in the new room * The makeup remover wipe looked like it had been used * When we went to bed, there was a hair on the pillow, and the sheets had what looked like blood stains (washed but still gross) on them. * And I was never compensated for the difference between the two rooms. I booked the Junior Suite specifically as a treat. If I had wanted a standard queen, I would have booked a standard queen. * No attempt was made to reconcile the differences in the price, our inconvenience, and the general unfriendliness of the reception staff. I told my daughter that we would never stay at this hotel again."

"This is our second stay here as we choose to sleepover when we have very early morning flights. Love the convenient location to the terminal for an early flight and the restaurant has some decent options. On both of our stays, we enjoyed hanging out in front of the indoor fireplace/lounging area and reading our books after dinner. The rooms have been very clean and the beds super comfortable. Five pillows is a bonus, but sure wish they were larger cuz they are quite small. The restaurant, Bar 509, is nicely laid out. Warm and cozy, yet receives great light from the bank of windows. My husband had delicious burgers on both stays, while I had wings the first time and a BLT last night (ate half, and had the second half for breakfast!). All the food has been freshly made, hot, and delicious (but order your fries extra crispy!). I only have two things that drop my rating. 1. Upon arrival, the common areas (lobby, steps up to rooms, and room corridor) were all in desperate need of vacuuming. Not a great first impression. 2. The wait staff at Bar 509 are very kind and joyful, but attention to service is lacking. On both visits, we have had to wait 10+ minutes to have a server approach our table. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when the need arises."

"Honestly, not mad. We got what we paid for. We found dirty underwear in the closet when we checked in. No elevator. No big deal but it was not something I recall seeing prior to booking. Hair dryers are available upon request from the front desk. So don't forget to get it if you need one! The room was cleaned by staff with the do not disturb on the knob. The mattress needs to be changed. We rolled to the center all night."
