Amazing like last time we stayed there. The staff is attentive and very helpful, room is clean and it’s very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is great and the ambiance top notch. Favourite hotel in Düsseldorf for us.

This hotel is a scam. They have no one to check you in or help you out. The self-check-in machine didn't have my reservation details, so I wasn't able to check in. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, an AI bot messaged me back saying it couldn't locate my reservation in their system. I ended up booking ...
