Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You and your loved ones will enjoy the spacious backyard, perfect for family gatherings! This waterfront leisure lake escape is located on Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA. It is located on BIG WATER! We offer kayaks, paddle boards and a firepit to all guests. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This Leisure Lake Escape is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home. It is located on BIG WATER, you can swim right off the dock. You're 5 minutes from grocery shopping and dining and 10 minutes from our beautiful downtown Milledgeville area.

The home is a one-story. it is super clean, spacious and has amazing water views. You will love the large lake front porch which has 3 ceiling fans outside, 2 sitting areas and a sitting area for the kids. There is also baby gates on the porch so you can relax as your little ones are playing. You will also find a propane grill for cookouts. This home is also handicap accessible.

Here are just a few of its wonderful features: cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need, wood flooring, nice bathrooms, freshly painted, central a/c, large back yard, bonfire pit and so much more!

Guests have access to tie their boats and jet ski's off on the dock. You will also LOVE the water view. The water is 6-8ft and you can swim right off the dock. We also offer 1 paddle boards and 2 kayaks for guest use. You will find lifejackets, paddles and floats located in the garage. The dock also has a huge umbrella to enjoy the lake view while relaxing in the shade or in the morning with a nice cup of joe. It also offers the large floating lily pad for hanging out in the lake that you can tie off to the dock.

Bedrooms: Master room has a queen bed, closet, drawer space, TV, ceiling fan and a handicap able bathroom with a tiled shower.
#2: Queen bed, closet, drawer space, TV, ceiling fan with a shared bathroom.
#3: Queen bottom bunk, twin top bunk as well as a baby crib. This room has a ceiling fan, TV, and closet space.

We offer the following start ups for your stay:
2 rolls of toilet tissue for each bathroom.
1 roll of paper towels.
2 trash bags.
Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand soap.
2 laundry pods.
2 dishwasher pods.
Propane for the grill
Dish detergent
Hand soap per kitchen and bathroom

Guests will access to the entire home and property. Guest do will have not have access to the boat closet or locked supply closets.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Nearest boat ramp is at Sunset Marina. It's a 5 minute car ride from the property.

Perfect Getaway

This listing was perfect for our family, we had to change our plans from going to the beach because of the hurricane. We really enjoyed our stay, and even brought our boat and caught some fish, fires at night out by the dock and lots of good memories were made. The home was clean and had everything we needed! Super easy check in and the location was super easy to find and a gorgeous view by the lake!!

Amazing property with everything we could think of needed. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies plus even a crock pot. We loved the lily pad floating mats, paddle boards, and kayaks. Perfect dining table for a large group and plenty of outdoor room for games like the cornhole & ladder ball the house has!

Lovely and Peaceful

We were in town for a visit to GCSU and this was a great location and alternative to a hotel. Beds were comfortable and well equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, can’t beat that view of the sunrise over the lake!

Great get away

This places looks much better I than the pictures . We loved this rental , it has everything you need , it’s spacious, clean and they thought of everything. The outdoors is beautiful and the boathouse is stocked with all types of water accessories. The fishing was also great , we caught several 10+ pound catfish right off the dock , we kayaked, and used the water boards , I will defiantly rent this property again for our next lake trip ..it’s a great show trip from Atlanta and we saw all types of water birds , a rainbow after some rain , just can’t say enough good things about this place .
