「most everything about our stay was good but the breakfast service was a joke. No plates, no eggs ( empty serving warmer)no breakfast meet . The lady whose role was to keep the breakfast area stocked was at the front desk talking with other staff. Breakfast service is often the last opportunity to leave clients with a positive impression… not so good this time when I travel, I usually stick with your brand of facilities, but I must say what a disappointment it was at this particular hotel」
