This is a fantastic location and very close to many attractions and subways. The staff was mostly pleasant, but the only ones to greet you were front desk people. The property needs some updating. Gracious staff in a good hotel located just over a block away from the train station so the location was incredible with easy access to the subway. It worked very well for our time in Milan.
