"Very clean Clean room,"

"When we checked in, I was told if there was any issues to come downstairs and speak to the front desk. The hot water did not work in our room and there were roach shells and legs in the linen. We went downstairs to ask them to have maintenance fix the water issue and clean the room and were told because it is a privately owned room that they cannot do anything about it. We are also told that we could not be refunded when we checked out after only staying one night of our three nights stay. I would not stay here or recommend staying on that property to anybody."

"It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. "

"The indoor and outdoor pool looked nice and the water was clear. We did not use the pools or hot tub. We stayed at the beach. "

"Very out dated and had a bad smell. Clientele were very sketchy. Didn’t feel safe outside at night."

"Check-in was quick and smooth even though I arrived late, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an ocean-view room on the 8th floor, which was great. However, cleanliness was an issue. The room and bed were not very clean, and the bathroom had a strong odor, poor ventilation, and a clogged sink (which was later fixed but still smelled). There was also a strong smoke smell throughout the property, even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Overall, great staff and nice view, but cleanliness and smoke issues need improvement."
