「ルームクリーニングの際にミネラルウォーターや綿棒の補充があったり無かったりといい加減です。チェックアウトの際に部屋のバーカウンターにあるコーラとチョコレート代を請求されました。もちろんそんなものは飲んでも食べてもいません。私は英語が話せませんが、話せる知人にチェックアウトをしてもらったので取り消させましたが、私だけだったら訳も分からずサインしてしまっていたかもしれません。」

「The house itself is beautiful, exactly as described, if not better. Communication with the owner was easy and fast, she was quick to respond.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the neighborhood appears to be undergoing some serious renovations and driving through the street was very difficult, there was a ton of construction going on all day long with the driveway being blocked frequently, and the area itself wasn't very nice. 」

「This property has potential. It has been so-called updated but there is still work that needs to be done. The checkin process would've been smoother, if the host had provided us with the correct access code. Imagine arriving at 2 am after driving for 8 hours and you cant get in. Not only that, you cant reach anyone. Even VRBO tried reaching out to the host. Just so happen, we took a guess at the code and was able to get in.
